Instatherapy is a directory, not a medical provider. Always consult a qualified practitioner. We surface which clinics have real same-day and next-day openings for physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, dental, vision, naturopathic care and more, so patients can stop calling around to find who is actually free right now.
We are also not a booking middleman. When you find an opening that works for you, you book it directly with the clinic, by phone or through the clinic's own booking page. Instatherapy never sits between you and the appointment, never collects a commission on it, and is not a party to whatever is arranged between you and the practitioner.
Open slots and available patients rarely find each other
